Provision of consultancy services by Black Book 

We charge by day rate or by retainer. We agree with you in advance of commencing any work who will provide services to you, the applicable day rate(s) and/or the amount of any retainer.

We have no minimum term for consultancy services and you can terminate at any point by giving one month's notice.

We may agree mixed cash and equity compensation in certain circumstances. 

Connecting you with investors
 

We charge success fees only. We don't require a retainer or any up-front equity for sourcing and connecting you with investors. 

​

Our standard terms are 6% of funds introduced subject to a minimum fee agreed with you upfront. Our fees are payable on completion of the investment by any investor connected to you by us.
